This winter, join us in the heart of Sofia – the iconic Hall 6 of the National Palace of Culture, where tradition, innovation, and Balkan spirit come together in one unforgettable experience.
Rakia and spirits lovers, get ready for the biggest event of 2025 in Bulgaria – Rakia and Spirits Fest Sofia. This year’s edition will take place on December 6th and 7th in Hall 6 of the National Palace of Culture, offering three times more space for visitors and exhibitors.

Rakia and Spirits Fest Sofia invites guests to explore and taste authentic Balkan rakias and spirits from around the world. Attendees will have the chance to savor exquisite flavors, meet producers, and learn the secrets of distillation through masterclasses led by industry experts.

Event Highlights:
Wide Selection of Rakias and Spirits: The festival will feature the best rakias and unique spirits from Bulgaria and other countries, with a special focus on traditional recipes and innovations in the industry.
Competition and Awards: A professional jury will conduct a blind tasting to determine the best spirits at the festival. The awards ceremony will take place on December 6th at 1:30 PM in Hall 6 of NDK.
Masterclasses: Six experts will lead three unique masterclasses, revealing the secrets behind distillation and pairing with various beverages.
Shopping Zone: Visitors will have the opportunity to purchase products for home and gifts for their loved ones.
Exclusive Cocktails and New Products: The festival will showcase new and unique products, as well as specially crafted rakia cocktails for those who enjoy unconventional flavors.
